We are all about these little pocket rockets right now. Since the 15th century in the Sufi monasteries of Yemen (where we first started using coffee as a stimulant) We have been looking for an energy boost to kick start our day, make us sharper, run faster or to help us tolerate our work colleagues. Coffee is delicious and reasonably healthy in moderation (as is everything) Luckily power balls are here to stay and contain plenty of nutrients with a tasty outer-shell; what a total no-brainer!
